Consumer Rights Awareness Program

Mahakaushal Foundation organized a Consumer Rights Awareness Program to educate citizens about their rights and responsibilities as consumers. The initiative focused on issues such as unfair trade practices, misleading advertisements, poor service, and substandard product quality. Participants were informed about the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and the process of filing complaints through phone and WhatsApp. The program encouraged consumers to be aware of their legal rights and take appropriate action against unfair practices. Through this initiative, the Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to promoting consumer protection and public awareness.
